I normally don’t write review when purchasing a new car but this experience has been wonderful, especially when post Covid has hit the car industry hard! Looking for a New 2023 XSE AWD in Cement to purchas but this experience has been wonderful, especially when post Covid has hit the car industry hard! Looking for a New 2023 XSE AWD in Cement to purchase is almost impossible unless you want or able to pay over 10k market adjustment. But here at Northridge Toyota I’ve met the right Salesman MR. SAM JONES, he work really hard in finding me the car/color I wanted and landed me a deal I couldn’t refused! It did took over a month, but he kept me updated as fleet comes in. I was so nervous through the whole process since I had to wait till the car arrive and the pick up date to make sure I will get the car but he was on top of things and keeps reassuring me and it helped me calm down a lot! I am very satisfied with the helped I got from SAM and his whole team! So please ask for SAM JONES if anyone is interested in purchasing a vehicle I guarantee you will not be disappointed! And I would like to also thanks the GM Mr. Jay Park! More
