We were hours away from buying a car from carmax when Jasmine from Toyota of Northridge quoted us such a good deal we drove all the way from Beaumont to buy the same Make, Model, and year for a much bett Jasmine from Toyota of Northridge quoted us such a good deal we drove all the way from Beaumont to buy the same Make, Model, and year for a much better price because of the significantly lower financing they offered us. It was raining INSANELY on the drive over and we didn't make it until they were ten minutes away from closing because of all the traffic and accidents. We felt so bad but they were incredibly kind and accommodating and didn't make us feel like we were an inconvenience for them even though several members of the sales team had to stay until we were done. I don't recommend doing this to them but we appreciate so much that they were still able to help us when I'm sure they all desperately wanted to go home. Mark was our dealer and he was amazing. He worked the best extended warranty into our monthly payment (which we've had and have needed to use in the past, so it was important to us) and really went the extra mile towards getting us a monthly payment we were comfortable with. We did a bit of back and forth with what we wanted to do as far as financing but he was patient with us even at the end of a long day and gave us a great deal. He was amazing to work with and I really recommend reaching out to him if you want to work with someone efficient and resourceful. Best of all is that I had to drive my new car back two hours home in some of the worst road conditions l've ever experienced but it handled great and got me home safely. I stuck to the road even though I saw tons of people hydroplaning and so many accidents. We have 4 kids and really appreciate an suv we feel safe in. Great experience, very quick which we so appreciated, and we really came away from it feeling like we got exactly what we wanted for a price we were happy with.
