Kendall is great service provider, she is knowledgeable of the services being provided and why they are necessary. She shows compassion in her work compared to other service providers. She has very good customer service experience and is patient, that maybe others can learn from her. I had a bad experience couple months ago with Stephanie she was rude and making me feel bad when getting service done, and this was shared with Kendall about my experience. If I were to recommend or suggest anyone to get their service done, I would suggest Kendall, she is the ONLY REASON I return to Northridge Toyota Service. The only down part is the cost of the services, its very expensive! More

Katy was so courteous and explained well all the questions I asked her. When the approximate time to finish the service was a little late, she came by and talked to me about it.
