Best SoCal Dealership I visited Ventura, Oxnard, TO, and Hamer Toyota to purchase a Tacoma and none of them compare to the quality of customer service I recieved at Northri I visited Ventura, Oxnard, TO, and Hamer Toyota to purchase a Tacoma and none of them compare to the quality of customer service I recieved at Northridge. I felt comfortable, layed back, and just all around like a truly valued customer. I was able to negotiate for the price that worked best for me, Both times i went. They don't play games or try to take advantage of you or see you as a dollar sign like i have experienced at the other dealerships. They truly want to help you find your dream car and value you as a customer. The slightly inconvenient location is definitely worth it for the five star quality of customer service and all around dealership as a whole. Daniel Parmar and Mike from financial helped me both times and they were the best. Friendly, layed back, great conversation when i waited in the lobby area as well as when i was signing the paperwork. Follow up calls after purchase to make sure everything was going well.
