Everyone I’ve dealt with has been so incredibly helpful, but this last time I took my care, Kevin Silva really amazed me with the customer service him and his team provided. I walked in thinking “hmm it’s a Saturday, this process will take at least 2-3 hours”. It only took 50 minutes and they notified me via text and phone call with all the updates.
