Very unethical and unprofessional dealership. We drove over 200 miles and said we wanted a vehicle. They sent a TEXT MESSAGE to let us know. After the fact, so many lies were told. Bottomline I would not recommend this dealership. More

What an exhausting experience. Purchased a Navigator cash for $33k from Northshore. Sent a transport to pick it up when they said it was ready, then had to cancel the transport bec Purchased a Navigator cash for $33k from Northshore. Sent a transport to pick it up when they said it was ready, then had to cancel the transport because it was still in their shop. Vehicle shows up with grease ALL in the interior. Take the title to get it registered, apparently stamped the title with (2) different companies. Now had to send the title back and can't get it registered. Go to get the vehicle checked out by a Ford Dealership, over $8K worth of repairs needed. Disgusted by all of this. More

Great guy, absolutely beautiful cars, Honest, informative, flexible, professional, patient, caring, attentive and will work w you not against you. Not only can u purchase the car cheaper online but they finalized the deal with free shipping 5 hour drive one way to my front door. Who does that?????????? I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. The actual process of purchasing car took 20 min. I purchased a 370z and was the best deal and nicest car I seen online after looking for 4 months. Hand down, their the bomb…….. More

I purchased a hellcat redeye widebody in one of the rarest color combinations made for a very reasonable price. The condition of the vehicle was amazing, exactly as described. Joshua was very prompt and thorough responding to my request for information as well as politely following up. However, he has represented the car I queried about as a Panamera Turbo S Executive-which request for information as well as politely following up. However, he has represented the car I queried about as a Panamera Turbo S Executive-which it is NOT. It is clearly and unequivocally a plain Turbo Executive. There is a tremendous difference between the Turbo and Turbo S in the options, performance and price-both new and used. A "non-Porsche" savvy person may not be able to differentiate the models however. I was completely turned off by this misrepresentation and hope it was not purposeful. More
