Purchased a 2020 BMW X3M Competition on Aug. 14, 2023. Drove home and very next Day had issues with a service light coming on, I contacted Joshua White the salesman and his answer was less tha 14, 2023. Drove home and very next Day had issues with a service light coming on, I contacted Joshua White the salesman and his answer was less than professional. Needless to say that I was very upset with this Dealership. Well , some time later I get a phone call from Rob and Samuel owners of the Dealership, they had just heard about my experience and the problems I was having, they were not aware of the problem because the salesman never told them. They were very apologetic and asked how they could help to make everything better. Sam has called almost every day checking on the status of the car and gone out of their way to help me. I am very impressed with their response and with the way they are handling the situation. Very professional, I for one WILL DO business again with them. And as for the salesman, well, he NO longer works there and that is a very good thing !! More

Took a chance and purchased my 2022 Jeep Gladiator without touching it from Northshore which is an eight hour drive from my home.
