This is 2nd car this year, purchased by my wife, now myself, from Northshore Toyota. We’ve purchased 4 other cars previously through the years as well. Salesman Charles Schneider is so friendly and know myself, from Northshore Toyota. We’ve purchased 4 other cars previously through the years as well. Salesman Charles Schneider is so friendly and knowledgeable. Viewing, selection of vehicle, through entire purchase process was smooth and easy. Kevin in finance was also very friendly and thorough with his end of the deal. Everything happened on time, no surprises. The rest of the store personnel were and are great too. I def recommend Northshore for Toyota purchases and service. More
You know all the things you hate about buying a car from a dealership? Someone trying to persuade you into something, pressure you to sign up for add ons, overwhelmed with options, overpaying way too much, a dealership? Someone trying to persuade you into something, pressure you to sign up for add ons, overwhelmed with options, overpaying way too much, feeling like they'll put you in anything so they can put a dollar in their pocket? Well, I am happy to say I had the complete opposite experience. My husband and I went WITH our 2 year old son to find a safe and dependable ride. We dealt with the salesman- Raymond Battistella. We had already been to multiple dealerships and car lots, and we were so very stressed and displeased. Ray turned that feeling around 100000% He helped us find an amazing vehicle that fit the needs of our family. He wasn't at all pushy, he was gentle and kindly offered his knowledge and guidance. He was extremely caring and genuine. He did everything in his power to work with us and make sure we had a great car. He went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased and comfortable. He was super sweet to our toddler, and very patient with us. We walked away feeling like we got a VERY FAIR DEAL. Ray is authentic, intelligent, sweet, respectful, caring and polite. He truly was a blessing and a breath of fresh air when we needed it most. This is the only person we will buy cars from going forward. If you are in search of a vehicle and want to have an amazing experience, go to Northshore Toyota and see Ray. It was a pleasure Ray, thank you! More
I had an interesting experience buying a black 2024 Certified Pre Owned Corolla. I took a hard look around the car before buying and I didn’t notice significant scratches and dents, low on rear bumper. Certified Pre Owned Corolla. I took a hard look around the car before buying and I didn’t notice significant scratches and dents, low on rear bumper. In the lighting I viewed it in, it was very difficult to see. There was no history of a collision on Carfax, no pictures of it on Toyota’s website, and no warning of it in person. Jacob, the salesman, said he didn’t know about it, and I believe him. He was kind, helpful and pointed out other, reasonable, damage that I expected for a used car. I had just signed the papers and am about to drive off the lot with my two year old daughter, when I noticed the damage. Large scratches and several dents clearly caused by a collision. I was shocked and disappointed that I wasn’t told about it. Jacob went to tell his manager Wyatt. That is where things took an unfortunate turn for the worse. Wyatt came out to inspect the damage. He seemed annoyed to be bothered. He mentioned that he spent all day working on the deal for the car and even went out of his way to pull up another car for me to look at. I asked if there was anything they could do about the damage. He said that there was wasn’t. Maybe they could paint the scratches because it would only cost him $200. Wyatt said it was my responsibility to look at the car before buying and that I was out of luck because the papers were already signed. Wyatt mentioned that he noticed the damage before and seemed to be confused that I didn’t see it. The way that he said this was very rude and not at all what I expected to hear from someone in his position. I felt like the second I signed the papers, I wasn’t his problem anymore and that I was wasting his time. He then rushed inside to not have to deal with me anymore. Jacob the salesman apologized for his behavior. I sent Wyatt two follow up texts about repairing some of the damage and he did not respond. Later in the day I called to ask if I could speak to somebody else. I spoke with Steve, the other Used Car Sales Manager. I asked him why nobody disclosed the damage. Steve understood my position and assured me that everything would be fixed. He then fixed the dents and scratches on the car in a timely manner. I highly recommend requesting to work with Steve, and not Wyatt. This experience would have been 5/5 stars if I had worked with Steve from the beginning. I hope nobody else has to deal with the lack of empathy and compassion that I experienced from Wyatt. I can’t imagine that’s the experience the dealership wants its customers to have, driving off the lot in tears. Thankfully there are people like Steve and Jacob, who actually care about people. More
Raymond was very helpful knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. I’d be happy to buy another vehicle from him. Love his business cards and he’s just adorable. The salesman agent was relative new to the business, but was very helpful to getting answers to the questions that he was not able to answers. He was not pushy or pressuring us between the two different year model new versus a 2024 year. Since, the one that we were going to purchase was not on,their lot and being delivered from another dealership,we did not have the opportunity to see the sticker price with the detailed breakdown of all the accessories that we were paying for. Their were some items that we have excluded from the final purchase price More
