If Mr. Hanks, the dealer principal, knows the way this department is run, he should make some changes immediately. Multiple bad experiences at this dealers service department. Today was the last time I'll ever go there. I checked in with Damien at 8:00 this morning for an oil change. He said it would be 2 hours and I hadn't made an appointment, so I told him that was fine. At about 9:30, I see my vehicle hasn't moved an inch, so I walked up to Damien to check on the progress. He said they were understaffed and it was going to be longer. When I asked how much longer, he shrugged his shoulders, smiled and said "your guess is as good as mine". I don't know how this place is still in business with this kind of service. I had him get my vehicle out of line so I could go elsewhere and went to see the service manager in the office behind him. The manager could only give the excuse of 2 technicians calling in sick. I told him there were several more customers waiting and the advisors aren't telling their customers this. Would have been nice to know this when I checked in. I'll be taking my business to Supreme in Hammond from now on.
