Good experience. Took way too long to get paperwork signed (2.5hours). Another salesperson was yelling at someone on the phone. While signing paperwork, another manager coughed and spit into trash an in cubicle next to ours. We left with the vehicle we wanted. Our salesman was nice and professional as was the sales manager. The most frustrating part was waiting while our “paperwork was input” for 2 hours. The unprofessional sales people were not our salesmen thank goodness. I think we would have left if they had been.
