Fantastic Service Dept. Thanks for saving my day. On August 14, I had a Dr appointment in Mandeville. While arriving I noticed a loud scraping noise. After my appointment, I drove to Northshore Toy On August 14, I had a Dr appointment in Mandeville. While arriving I noticed a loud scraping noise. After my appointment, I drove to Northshore Toyota. My car had recently been involved in an accident. After arriving at the service department, a very nice gentleman asked if he could help me. I explained my problem and after he noticed me on crutches, told me to proceed into the service area. This great department, not only repaired the Air Dam, but did not charge me anything. I live in Hammond and did not purchase my car from this dealership. I'm sure they do not realize how much they came to my rescue. Im sorry i did not get any names, but a big shout out to these guys. Thank you for saving my day. More

Michelle Tastet and Adam Cooper jumped through hoops to get parts delivered and installed on our Toyota Tundra It was towed there at 1 pm and parts that weren’t all in stock were ordered , delivered and installed and we drove out at 5:15 They were polite, cordial and driven to get this vehicle out and back in the road. Job well done!! More

Brad was extremely helpful with paperwork as well as showing me things on the instrument panel and set up my Bluetooth for me and showed me many things that I did not know and I went back a week later and he showed me other things that I was becoming familiar with. He was able to show me some of the instrument panel operations which I was very appreciated and told me if I had any problems to come back and he would be happy to help me out. I would highly recommend him. More

We went in knowing a little bit about what we wanted to buy when we traded our Sequoia. Dustin helped us locate the exact replacement, even though it was still on the transport ship and hadn’t hit land yet...nothing but another Sequoia of course! Service there has far exceeded any other dealership we’ve ever dealt with. Dustin isn’t there just to make a paycheck, he genuinely cared about making sure we were well satisfied with our purchase. Without a doubt, we will be returning to see Dustin for our next vehicle as well! More

Slow service with no regard for customer getting car fixed I took my 2004 Matrix into the service center on 7-18-2017 for a scheduled 8:45 am appointment for a power problem on the AC/Blower circuit i.e. no po I took my 2004 Matrix into the service center on 7-18-2017 for a scheduled 8:45 am appointment for a power problem on the AC/Blower circuit i.e. no power to blower motor or ac switch. While waiting at the service lounge area at 5:00 pm Brad informed me that the tech he had assigned to my car that morning had been pulled off my car numerous times to work on other vehicles and that they would have to keep the car another day for the tech to find the problem. On Wed, after not hearing any updates from Brad, I called that late afternoon and was informed that they had found a bad relay and fuse on the AC/blower circuit and that they had to order the parts. No calls or updates were given on Thursday. Friday morning, Brad called and said the car was fixed and ready for pickup. Four days without the car for finding what should have been a fairly simple electrical trouble shooting task and slow parts delivery/updates makes this a terrible experience no customer should have be subjected too. More
