The Finance Officer Stephen Weniger was fantastic. He explained everything & convinced me that he had my best good at heart. We interacted with a new salesman who was retired Army (Chris) who also was very customer centered. Our primary salesman was our concern (Christian). While selling us the car he was "mister wonderful." Once we were turned over to finance he seemed distant. For example, I spoke to him via phone before the sale. After the sale the only way we could talk (not face-to-face) was via text. I had to ask him four times to get me a copy of the added items we purchased before he finally followed through (I even had to call the manager to get some action on my multiple requests). I should not have to badger someone to get some sale-related paperwork. I have worked in sales (16 years USAF Recruiter, 12 years selling for a major US airline) so I am very focused & attuned to things of this nature. Overall, my wife & I were not totally happy with this portion of the sale. Would I buy from them again? Not with the same salesman. If I could deal with some of the others we interacted with, sure. More
