Great Honda dealer to take my Ridgeline to. I bought it at this dealership and now the 1st service. It was a great experience. Car began screeching when I applied my brakes. Not sure how long this had been going on. I usually have my windows up and radio on. This day I had my windows down. I was greeted and asked what brought me in. I explained. Svc Advisor, Mark looked at my car tires. He told me my brakes were rubbing metal to metal and my rotor might need replacing. He gave me an estimate of $900. Offered me a loaner as he felt it may be dangerous for men to drive the car. It was late in the day. Said they would begin work in the morning and that it should be ready by noon. I returned the next afternoon. Mark was happy to tell me the rotor was fine and the amount I owed was quite a bit less than the $900 he told me the day before! As a cautious female, Mark was very professional and straight forward with me. I did not buy my Honda from this dealership yet they treated me very fair. No delays or added expenses!! I highly recommend Mark and Northside Ford. More

I came in on the last day of my complimentary service calls without an appointment. Mark helped me right away to get an oil change and tire rotation while I waited. The service team was super fast and was surprised when Mark came to the nice waiting area to tell me everything was ready and there was no charge! As he escorted me to the car, he could see the effects of a recent muddy rain on the exterior and he stopped me. He got a guy to “run it thru the wash” and it looked super shiny for me! He didn’t have to do that extra. I would give him a 100 out of 10 if I could! More
