GREAT EXPERIENCE I had recall work on my vehicle. I was impressed that Lexus replaced my cracked dashboard. It take almost a year to get it in but I realize there were I had recall work on my vehicle. I was impressed that Lexus replaced my cracked dashboard. It take almost a year to get it in but I realize there were many cars having the same issue and could not keep up with the demand. I am just grateful they replaced it. She was very professional and had calm's personality that made it a pleasant experience. But what surprised me most this time was that Lexus filled up my gas, I took the car in with 3/4 quarter tank on gas and picked it back up with full tank worth of gas. I had been there before with recalled repairs and/or services and this was the first time Lexus filling up my gas. Great job Wendy and Northside Lexus! More
