"Disappointed in lack of Customer Experience Follow Through"
Our biggest concern was ensuring the Customer Experience would be top notch. We have been committed to Infinity and Sewell for many years previously, but we became very interested in Lexus based on reviews and family and friends recommendations. We expressed that Customer Experience was key to us and communicated how Sewell went above and beyond in all their engagement opportunities. Our Sales Rep assured us that Northside was equivalent to the Sewell experience. There were hiccups in the purchasing process; which can happen and the dealership worked to correct the problem and resolved it. However, immediately after the purchase, our sales rep didn’t return our messages, email and personal message when we went to the dealership to leave a message for him. It was disappointing to say the least. I hope that future interactions are far better than my sales experience and lack of follow up and follow through with sales.
