30,000 ck up I was binging in my truck for its 30,000 mile ck up and was surprised by the cost but was happy with the service, and then with in 24 hours the next d I was binging in my truck for its 30,000 mile ck up and was surprised by the cost but was happy with the service, and then with in 24 hours the next day my car broke down, but the service people at lexus were so great ; they had a tow truck come pick me up in an hour and brought me to Lexus to get a driver and leave my car, and now just received the call from Jon where they were at with my truck, and they are taking care of the problem and will probably have my truck ready tomorrow. Was very impressed how they stepped up to make this problem right.. I have been driving Lexus for 20years and after the ck up thought I might have to change the type car that I drive because of the cost of check up, but was very happy about the outcome. More

Service in time I arrived for my scheduled service appointment and the cashier told me that they didn't see my appointment. Instead of arguing they assigned it to a service writer and found me a loaner car and my service advisor walked me through the process of working with him. John kept me informed by phone and by email explaining what was going on with my vehicle. Great job to all involved. More
