I have nothing but praise to say about the dealership. I went to especially my contact with Cosimo. It was a long trip for me to make from Brooklyn, but it was worth it. I had a terrible experience at Northstar Kia Service Center. I went in for basic services and recalls, but they failed to complete the alignment due to mismatched tires and bad control arm bushings, the Center. I went in for basic services and recalls, but they failed to complete the alignment due to mismatched tires and bad control arm bushings, then quoted me $3,500 for repairs, including unnecessary upsells. Previous diagnostics from a few months ago were ignored, raising doubts about their consistency and trustworthiness. The customer service was equally poor. The receptionist was rude, hung up on me, and their actual closing time didn’t match what was listed online. The lack of professionalism and communication was frustrating and unacceptable. More
