I experienced significant delays in the repair process after my vehicle was rear-ended, despite there being no structural damage. The repair took 6 weeks due to” parts availability”, leading to a $400 ren after my vehicle was rear-ended, despite there being no structural damage. Upon receiving my car back, I found that the tailgate and muffler, which were supposed to be replaced as per the estimate, were not, and my blind spot monitoring system was also not replaced. Additionally, the codes of the monitoring system were programmed out of the car. This repair has now been ongoing for 4 months, and I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I would caution others to avoid this establishment due to their questionable practices. If I didn't have some knowledge about cars, they might have succeeded in their deceit. More
