I brought in my car to get the radio fixed as it's not working. They told me to leave the car and that it would be taken care of, so I left it for 2 hours and came back to the shop. My car was washed and working. They told me to leave the car and that it would be taken care of, so I left it for 2 hours and came back to the shop. My car was washed and ready for pick up, and as I started the car I noticed the radio was never fixed in the first place! Which wouldn't have been an issue, that problem is the lack of communication from the service rep. I am very unhappy with the service and they told me to call next week to make sure they have the correct part to fix the problem. There's no reason I should even be having issues with the radio in a car that's barely 2 years old on a lease. But that's besides the point, I was unhappy with the level of service this time More
