If I could put zero stars, I would. I was lied to and manipulated by the agent after my car got into an accident. I paid $2700 for them to use glue for the bodywork I needed fixed. When I asked him why he would give me a car back with that quality of work, he said - oh you told me you didn’t care and wouldn’t mind if I fixed it that way. My jaw dropped at the gaslighting. I’m a woman and clearly was manipulated. Now I’m going to the higher ups to get my money back or force them to finish the work, if not, it’s a charge back. I could’ve done the work they produced. Extremely poor quality and service. More
On August 28 I brought my car in, as soon as I walked in. I was welcomed by the agent at the desk. The salesman, Marlin was helpful, informative and not pushy, which we appreciated. The showroom is a pleasure to be in, new and very well kept. I have not had a lot of good experiences with this Kia dealer. The staff are not communicative and I had to call multiple times to get updates on my vehicle. More importantly I have brought my vehicle in dealer. The staff are not communicative and I had to call multiple times to get updates on my vehicle. More importantly I have brought my vehicle in twice now to address a transmission issue and it has not been resolved. The first time they replaced a part (not the transmission because I was straight up told they wanted to try the cheaper option first). The second time they told me that the transmission vibration was a result of flat spots on the tires and I needed 4 new tires. I took the car to another mechanic and they checked out the ties and told me there was no issue with them. The issue is definitely the transmission, but this Kia is trying to avoid the repair because the car is still under warranty. More
