Purchased a 2024 chevy Colorado with 13000 miles. Took a trip and found out the speedo to be off which let me to find out the truck has the wrong tires. Very pleased with the truck otherwise but very, very po'd they can't put the correct tires on for the price I paid for the truck. When we requested a total with licence he text us that he was out of the dealership on Friday and heard nothing more. When we followed up today, we learned that the vehicle was sold out from underneath us. We never received an opportunity to place a deposit on the vehicle or any other way to hold it, so we assumed it was still available for us. We are very disappointed in the level of service provided, and the time we have now wasted for nothing. More

Fantastic! northtown provided me a loaner while my car was being fixed. I had hit a raccoon which did quite a bit of damage. While assessing that damage, they discovered that my one tire had belts showing and that it was quite dangerous for me to be driving it. Susan and her team did an amazing job in providing customer service, letting me know what was needed, worked directly with my insurance company for me, and I got text messages keeping me informed of the progress. Amber over in service listened to how I use the car...I am constantly driving, worked with my budget and the use of my car to get the best tire I could. She also did an oil change and an inspection of my car, when they discovered an issue, she called me to see if I knew about, if I wanted them to fix it and what the cost would be. With a new windshield, body fixed, all new tires, and an oil change, my car looks and feels like a whole new car! With oil changes only being 27.00, I won't be going any where else for my oil changes! then, I noticed that my oil change sticker said 5,000 miles for my next oil change. I called in to ask why, I was explained to that they use synthetic oil therefore, oil changes are every 5,000. With the amount of mileage I put on, compared to paying 45.00 for a regular oil change, this is going to save me lots of money by the end of the year! Thank you so much Norttown! You guys are the best!! More
