When we asked the service mgr if we left it, when would it be ready, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, he say, "yes, Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday." I complained again to the woman who takes payment. Her explanation is that the call center people don''t communicate well. So, while that "explains" it, that is not an excuse. They effectively made their problem my problem. To say we are the go to car people in our group is not an understatement. I was also a customer service manager before I was injured in an accident so I expect a certain level of service and Andrew did not disappoint. In all my years of car buying I can honestly say I have never dealt with someone who listened to and met our expectations as Andrew did. He paid attention to the little details in what was otherwise a humorous banter conversation between my husband and I and successfully provided a car that met my expectations as far as ride and options and my husband's for year, mileage and price. To be able to give both spouses exactly what they wanted without either having to make consessions is no little feat, as any couple married for over 20 years can attest to. All I can say is in the over 20+ years of car buying experiences I have had, I have never walked away completely satisfied until now. Andrew more than fulfilled his duties as our sales person.
