My history of car ownership has not been a pleasant one due to a lemon that I owned. I poured more money in repairs and inconvenience than the car was worth. It was at that point I started leasing. I received a lease turn in coupon from Northtown Toyota which sounded like a pretty good deal. I never had a Toyota but heard alot of good things about it so thought I would give it a try. I walked into Northtown Toyota on Wednesday December 1st and was greeting by a very friendly sales person Dave Grisanti. I was very impressed with his knowledge and level of expertice. He explained all the options and functions of my chosen car in a simple language that I could understand without any sales person jargon. He gave me a tour of the facility, showed me where I would bring in my car for maintenance, adjusted my seat and programmed my radio. I am all about location and convenience when it comes to cars. Northtown Toyota and Dave Grisanti get an A plus in my book. Best Regards Leslie Miller More

I came in looking for a car for my mother. She has a 12 year old nissan with very low miles, but it is staring to cost a lot for little things. I have been researching a corolla, and I thought that is what we are going to do. I was at a delership that was so pushy that I just walked out. I was expecting the same, but was very pleasantly surprised at Northtown. It was a very relaxed, informative process. My mother loves her new car, and I have a new dealership! I will reccomend it to friends and family. More

I came in not knowing what kind of car I wanted. I asked a lot of questions about Toyotas Volkswagons as well as some other divisions of Northtown. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to have my 2010 Rav 4 serviced for the recall and its 5000 mile service. I called to make an appointment and was told it was only going to take 2 hours to complete. I 4 serviced for the recall and its 5000 mile service. I called to make an appointment and was told it was only going to take 2 hours to complete. I had an appointment for 10:55, and when I dropped it off they told me it would be ready at 6pm!! They were not even willing to give me a rental car for that time. What is the point in having an appointment if they are going to keep it all day? I could not keep my car there all day as I was staying with my friend b/c of the distance of the dealership and I have two young children that I did not plan to have away from home that long. I explained all of this stuff to the service team and they could have cared less! I was just another person to them... I ended up leaving the dealership calling West Herr! They did the recall and the 5000 service in 1.5 hours and had my car back by the time I requested! Northtown has completely lost all of my future business. More
Seems like nobody ever bothers with the positive reviews, so I'll be the first. I broke my own car. It was my fault, and there was no reason to expect the warranty to cover it. I unplugged an airbag c so I'll be the first. I broke my own car. It was my fault, and there was no reason to expect the warranty to cover it. I unplugged an airbag component during a stereo install, and needed a service dept to reset the airbag light so the scummy local mechanic (not a dealership) would pass my state inspection. I pulled into the service entrance which is a drive in valet service. I was greeted by a service manager at the curb who asked what I needed. Because it was a "trivial" task, they ended up doing it for me completely free of charge. While I was there I decided to hit up the parts desk for a light bulb I needed. Since I was planning to change it myself, they first offered to let me use the service bay (it was dark and raining outside.) When I had trouble getting my taillight off, one of the mechanics looked the procedure up for me in the tech manual. My total expenditures? $4.32 for two light bulbs. They gave me a free cup of coffee, too. My story probably doesn't seem very significant, since I didn't get ripped off. But for every story of a confrontation or negative experience, there are dozens of satisfied customers like me who get royal treatment regardless of our dollar value to the dealership. That's why dealerships like this spend the money they do and earn the business they get. Because 99% of the time, it's worth it. More
