Sandy was very helpful to us! Being Canadian and having no American credit, he pulled all strings to help me lease a car. I would recommend him to everybody looking at getting a new car. no American credit, he pulled all strings to help me lease a car. I would recommend him to everybody looking at getting a new car. I went in looking at the Toyota Prius and found out that they had very few left. After the test drive I decided to go home and think about it. When I went back a few days later, they no longer had the color I wanted. David was very kind and did not pressure me into buying a different color. I went home sad that I could not find the car I wanted. The next day David called me to say that he had found a car that was the color I wanted. This car had just been added to the computer dealer inventory and had not yet been delivered to the other dealership. David made the dealer trade and within a couple weeks my car was delivered to Northtown. I could not be happier! He went out of his way to find this car that was still on the boat from Japan. I highly recommend this dealership. My family has purchased from them before, and I will definitely go back again. More

I purchased my first new car from Northtown Toyota. I was looking to buy a Prius and they are difficult to come by. Northtown had the largest selection in the Western New York area so I had several from which to choose. I felt that the service was great. I felt informed of my pricing options and I felt the salespeople worked with me to get to a monthly payment I could afford. In the end, I was so surprised at how easy it was to purchase and pick up. Within 4 days on my first visit, I drove off the lot in my new Prius. More

We wouldn't be in a new vehicle right now if it weren't for Sandy. He worked harder on a deal for us than any other dealer I met with while shopping around. But even though he worked hard for us on numbers for Sandy. He worked harder on a deal for us than any other dealer I met with while shopping around. But even though he worked hard for us on numbers, what I appreciated most was how personable he was. Even though he does this everyday, he certainly recognized that my wife and I do not, and that this was a very big decision for us. He was very sensitive to that, very helpful and encouraging, and never made us feel as if he was going to make us do anything we didn't want to do. Honestly, my wife and I, as well as my children, feel like we have a new friend at Nothtown! Sandy is good guy and good worker. We certainly recommend him! More
Great Experience! Didn't feel pressure to buy. Sandy was very patient with us and very helpful. We went in to buy a new car and ended up buying a used car that Sandy found for us. I had actually walked into Northtown to speak with another dealer who was busy at the time. David kindly assisted my wife and I, listened to what we were looking for and what our needs were. He then w another dealer who was busy at the time. David kindly assisted my wife and I, listened to what we were looking for and what our needs were. He then went out of his way to bring us to another Northtown location to look at the Mazdas which fit our needs better. David had a no pressure attitude and made us feel at ease during the entire process. And the best part was that he was able to get us the price we were happy with! I would gladly buy future cars from Northtown and David. More
THE WORST DEALER EVER! This place needs to train its salesperson in a more professional way. Just to get an answer to a question or just to see a car they make you spend unnecessary amount of time with salesperson in a more professional way. Just to get an answer to a question or just to see a car they make you spend unnecessary amount of time with annoying sales tactics making you feel very uncomfortable. We have been there two times to look at Toyota cars. Second time, a sales person named Sandy "tried" to help us and we had the longest and most useless sales experience ever after all the other dealers we visited. We directly told him that we came to take a look at the interior of a particular model. Instead of showing us one, he made us sit in his office and asked several unrelated questions (including personal ones) and eventually depending on where we live and what we do he tried to show us another model. Finally, we made it clear about what we want to see and he took us out (we thought finally we will be able to see the car). Then, instead of just showing the interior, he asked us to pick a color out of the cars available outside. Even though I told him I just want to see the interior, he insisted. I just picked one color for God's sake and then he said he will go and get the keys! And then we had to wait again. Previous time, another salesperson also did the same thing and we waited under the rain for some time so that he would come back with the keys! It is a very rude behavior, they should have the keys for at least one model with them when they take you out. These people don't respect the time you are spending there and they are just selfish. We know that there are some typical sales tactics that each dealer uses, but this was too much. Instead of answering your questions, they try to direct you and don't help you at all. For example, we asked what other colors are available in this model and a normal salesperson would show you the catalog. But instead he was asking what color we like etc. and trying to change our decision again in order to sell what they have in their inventory. Finally we wanted to learn the price of the car we are interested in and instead of giving us a price he said when we decide to buy he will give us the best price! He just tried to learn how much monthly payment we can afford and so on. This was very annoying as it makes you feel like depending on what you say, they will give you a discounted price or not. A very dishonest and rude way of approaching to a customer. We will buy a toyota but definitely not from Northtown. I believe they will continue to lose more customers if they don't change their sales attitude and how they approach to customers. They have to respect your time and they need to learn to "listen" what customer actually "needs" and asks for, instead of just trying to sell what they need to sell. More
