I went into Northtown Toyota on Wed March 9, 2011 looking to get information and possibly buy a 2010 Prius. I was greeted promptly and introduced to Eddie Cadro. We went over different options and prices to to get information and possibly buy a 2010 Prius. I was greeted promptly and introduced to Eddie Cadro. We went over different options and prices to find the exact car I wanted. I found out Toyota had 0% financing on 2010 Prius' and really wanted to get one with leather. Eddie found the last car on lot with leather. Loved the car, inside and out. Eddie took time with me, going through prices, working on my trade, (2008 Camry) and all the while making sure I was comfortable. I took the 2010 Prius home for the night to make sure this is what I really wanted, and by 3pm March 10th the car was in my driveway! I have bought a couple new cars in my life and I will never go to any other sales person. Eddie did everything he could to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. Great find Northtown! Donnie DiPalma at Northtown Toyota was fantastic. He went above and beyond on customer service. he understood I couldn't spend hours in the dealership because I have small children and accomodated me by prov above and beyond on customer service. he understood I couldn't spend hours in the dealership because I have small children and accomodated me by providing information over the phone. I debated about a specific option (3rd row seat). He gave honest feedback on the feature to help me decide on which car exactly I wanted. He even drove a car to my house for me to see what the Rav4 looked like with the 3rd row seat and how my daughter would fit in the 3rd row. I was even able to take a test drive around my neighborhood. I've never had a dealer bring the car to me before. And to top it off he got me a great price on my Rav4! The next day I went into the dealership, he had all my paperwork ready to be signed. I was in and out in 30 minutes. It was amazing! It took me longer to transfer my car seats over to the new car than anything AND he helped with that too. Amazing service. I'll undoubtably be referring people I know to him. More

I was VERY pleased with this car leasing experience - it was extremely easy. I was happy that the things I needed in a new vehicle were taken into consideration (ie: being able to fit dog crates in the back was extremely easy.
