Unbelievable!!!!! My son and I visited this dealership as I have many times in the past. My family has purchased many vehicles here but will not ever again!!! We met Ca My son and I visited this dealership as I have many times in the past. My family has purchased many vehicles here but will not ever again!!! We met Carl Carleton, what a human being!!!! Test drove the car and then went in to negotiate the price of the car. I was unsatisfied with the trade in value and the price of the car. Carl came back with another price to which I showed the NADA value of our trade in. One thing led to another and he said "it would be stupid to leave money on the table!" From there he called me a stupid customer and got up and left. I asked for a manager and he flipped out stating that I should inform the manager that he was once a trash truck operator and some other jobs. I was appalled. He walked out of the store then came back. He laughed at my son and I and I asked him if he laughed at us. He flipped around, shaking finger, almost spitting yelling that in his 4 years of selling no on had ever found him to be not sufficient except for me. Not sure where we got off the wrong foot but will not be going back. The number tow man, Colton ???? was in driveway. I asked him to real in Carl and he simply stated that I was a difficult client. I cannot imagine how they function in life. Never again will I go to Northtowne Lincoln. More
