Terrible Customer Experience Last month I was looking to purchase a car and looked at several Lincoln MKZ's from a couple different dealerships. I had emailed Northtowne Lincoln a Last month I was looking to purchase a car and looked at several Lincoln MKZ's from a couple different dealerships. I had emailed Northtowne Lincoln about a particular car and Paul emailed me back and said to come by and look at it. When I arrived later that afternoon, he proceeded to tell me that I was going to hate him because he couldn't find the car I enquired about. I've been told since that apparently it's very common to list cars on sites to get you into their dealerships and the car not really be there. I asked him to show me what they did have and I gave him the specifics I was looking for. Paul kept taking me to cars that did not meet my specifications. He took me to one that didn't have the features I was looking for and priced $3000 higher than a competitors car that had more features and less miles. After pointing this out, Paul became very rude. He abruptly said "I'll call you if I find that car you were looking for." and then turned and started walking back to the building. 24 hours later I was driving a beautiful Lincoln MKZ from his competitor. A few weeks later, after more on-line research, I stopped in Northtowne Mitsubishi to look at 2 cars I really liked on their website. Carl greeted me immediately and spent time telling me about the Outlander Sport and answering all of my questions. He was patient and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision immediately.
