Nick Galetti, the Sales Manager, gave me a great deal on my trade in with no hassles and all the sales staff I came into contact with were friendly and very helpful. When my car came in Carl checked it out from front to back to make sure it was in good order and that the leather I had custom put in was fitted properly and had no flaws. Once I got into the car, Carl showed me how all the buttons worked and set up my Pandora and showed me how to set the time and the radio stations. He went so far as to put the apps for Pandora and the Emergency Road Service on my cell phone for me. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to deal with a bunch of people who are so nice and knowledgeable instead of pushy rude sales people. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the excellent service I received from the time I walked in the Mitsubishi dealership till I drove away in my new car. Thanks Carl! More

I was actually excited to work with Carl and didn't feel intimidated or like I was just another number. I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived, they didn't have it BUT took time to listen to me. Within a couple of days I received a call from Carl stating that he found my new car..... he was going to get it to the dealership and let me take a look.
