Comfortablely professional yet down to earth Not to heavy on the numbers but able to call them out as I asked for them. I'm really not sure what to say, the sales rep Carl Carleton was cool, relaxed and was able to go out of his way to help me out. My car died and I toed it to the lot after blowing the engine, and after I found out it was some $3,000 in repairs I choose to pick out another Mitsubishi that I wanted. and he went out of his way to drive me back to my house to pick up needed things. I felt that he wouldn't do that the second day as we moved into working with the finance person, but the sales rep still drove out to pick me up for the final paper signing. I'm high energy, but I felt comfortable because he had the same level. Hell he even matched my energy level when I tried to keep professional. He's a good sales person. More

Extremely Friendly and Laid back atmosphere I was actually taking in my Outlander to the service shop for its normal maintenance. SMILES (Carl) he was very friendly and eager to answer any of my questions. There was no pressure and he gave me all the in's and out of the different models of this car. I asked him if I can trade in my Jeep, he goes sure that's not a problem at all. To make the story short, I was a very happy camper, they gave me an awesome deal on my trade-in, gave me a choice of what color, and found me the perfect rate.
