AND I BUY A LOT OF THEM!! My first contact was with Nick Galetti, who I have to say, even though busy, worked with me via phone first. Gave me a good trade price just by looking at pictures from an email. He said may be able to do better once he seen the car. So we went in after my wife got off of work. We were then cheerfully greeted by Carl Carleton. Carl has FANTASTIC people skills and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car, to look this man up. I have never seen a Sales Person so knowledgeable about the car they are selling. Most of the time, I know more about the car than they do. BUT NOT WITH CARL !! He knows his product line. What was most impressive is Carl and also Nick were very attentive to us, while we were there. They did not act like we were burdening them, such as what happened to us the day before at OP Jeep. Ended up, we got a bit more for our trade. I don't feel like I got stung, I got a great price for the trade in. Even after all the paperwork was signed most dealerships send you down the road and say See Ya......... But Carl, then sat down with my wife, showed her the entire car, step by step. Every feature! Every Bell and whistle!! I don't leave reviews often..........................But in this case I have too! Tires not avail onsite for a recently purchased automobile I first must specify, that my dealings with Northtowne have been quite good in both service and sales. I purchased a Mitsubishi Mirage a few months ag I first must specify, that my dealings with Northtowne have been quite good in both service and sales. I purchased a Mitsubishi Mirage a few months ago from the dealership. HOWEVER, I recently had a flat tire, and no tires were available in the KC area for this auto (165/65 R14)! I then decided to contact the dealership to get new tires. The service center then explained that they would have to order tires for the car and it would "be a few days." How does a dealership not have tires for a new line of cars that they sell and service? I then contacted Mr. Galetti, and explained the situation, and once again, I must stress that both the manager and the service department were very nice. But my question remains, how can a dealership not have tires available. I finally found tires online and am having them shipped to me (at a much lower price in a fewer amount of days). Poor planning on the dealerships part to ensure that customers are happy. More

We told them exactly what we needed and they were willing to give us a decent price for the new Lancer we bought. We found Nick and Carl to be personable and extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing the car. The only issue we had was waiting over an hour to get the financing started and completed. We were informed that one of the finance people had gone home sick. They were very apologetic about the wait, but it was difficult waiting for such a long time. I would have preferred to have been informed of this up front so we could go out to get a bite to eat while we were waiting. Otherwise, the experience was quite good. More
