Best car buying experience I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Lincoln MKZ from Northtowne. I began emailing Paul Reeves about the vehicle I was interested in. He was prompt and friendly in his responses, so I decided to make an appointment to take a test drive and have my car appraised for trade in. I walked in and was greeted by another friendly member of the Northtowne team and then Paul and I were on our way out the door for the test drive. I felt zero pressure, no typical sales pitch, just a friendly exchange of information and inquiry into what I was looking for as well as just getting to know me like you would a new friend or colleague. I knew I wanted this car when I walked in and was preparing to endure the typical unpleasant negotiation process, but it simply never came. I was given a fair price for trade in on my high mileage vehicle, a really nice interest rate and a payment plan that fit in my budget and timeframe goals, and I felt the car I was buying was listed fairly based on my own research prior to visiting the dealership. I was given a quick tour of the dealership while my credit was being ran so I know where to go when I return for service appointments. I spent maybe 10 minutes in the waiting area before John Candiano in the Finance department came to get me to go over all the official paperwork. He was also a real pleasure to work with, completely friendly and laid back, explained what I was signing while still giving me credit that I knew what was going on and answered the few questions I had. I spent a total of just under 2 hours from the time I arrived until the time I drove away in my new car at Northtowne and all of it was pleasant and completely stress free. I would recommend the Northtowne team to anyone looking for a fair, hassle free car buying experience. More

A pop up to build a new Lincoln and I was impressed. Scott is taking care of me and my car every day since. Mark is my go to in the service department and I have no worries. My dad and I had been looking at different cars all day and we were on the verge of giving up but we stopped by north towne hyundai to check out a couple cars and we couldn't find anything but they didn't give up on us they offered to take us to their other dealerships like MAZDA and Mitsubishi they let me test drive the cars that I wanted and didn't question it at all and they listened to everything I wanted in a car. It was getting pretty late and they were near closing time but they didn't seem bothered one bit! We were about to decide on one car until I laid eyes on the most beautiful car I have ever seen in my life 2013 Mitsubishi lancer the most amazing color I had ever seen and I knew right there and then that that's the car that I wanted and I needed. They worked with us to make the perfect price and were so kind and helpful and they did NOT pressure us at all and they made me feel welcome!!!! I recommend this place to everyone!! Genuine People with a Genuine Love for FIAT I recently totaled a car I had loved for years. The last thing I wanted to do was look for a new one and have to deal with the process of buying it. Northtowne Fiat was actually the first dealership I went to and was immediately smitten by the 1957 Edition Fiat (Verde Chiaro). There is something special about the Fiat where it immediately puts a smile on your face, and in my case, the giggles. On those same lines, there is something special about the people at Northtowne Fiat and the customer respect that you receive. I dealt with Coorey mostly and he was wonderful. Actually, all of them, John and Mac, were pretty great. I never felt pressured to buy and they really worked with me. Coorey was more than happy to just explain to me what Fiat was about, why these cars were unique. And he was great enough to entertain me for 3 separate visits. Between visits, I went to several other dealerships and none compared in the area of customer respect, product knowledge, and general awesomeness. Some may view the Fiat as just another small car, but it’s not. And the people, Coorey, Mac and John, help you understand that and fall in love with this little car.
