In my book, "great" ratings in all categories are hard to earn as there should always be something to strive for...In this case, I can't honestly give anything lower. My wife and I had fairly quick interactions with Scott and Stan which goes to prove the efficiency and professionalism at the way our deal was processed. We had more interaction with Todd (being our sales representative) and both Angela & I have discussed after meeting Todd for the first time and afterwards how we appreciated his attention, courtesy, professionalism, responsiveness and follow-up. We would definitely recommend Todd and Northtowne Lincoln to anyone desiring to purchase a vehicle. We look forward to our relationship with Todd and the dealership into the future. Kevin Webb More

I went to Northtowne Mitsubishi as my first stop for test driving vehicles I had selected from three manufacturers on 11-11. I pulled into customer parking and Carl Carleton came out the front door to greet driving vehicles I had selected from three manufacturers on 11-11. I pulled into customer parking and Carl Carleton came out the front door to greet me as soon as I got out of my car. It was not a pressured greeting, just friendly. He asked if I needed help and I asked to drive two different models. I drove the Outlander Sport and Carl was explaining what worked what before we got started. He let me drive the route I wanted and only answered questions when I asked. He let me hear and feel the car. We discussed my other choice and explained why from what I had told him, that it would not probably be a good fit and explained why. He was correct and I had just not thought it through. Never had a Salesman help me narrow down choices before. I appreciated that. I went to a Subaru dealer and they never even came out to ask if I needed help after 10 minutes and I left. I test drove a Mazda CX-5 and the Salesman talked the entire time and was directing me where to drive before I told him I wanted to drive on my normal roads. I tried to negotiate a price with the Mazda Salesman on 11-12 and all he had to say was why I was wrong and they had no room to negotiate and actually did not want to try to understand where I was coming at in my negotiations. Told me I could check all dealers and could not get a better price. I called Carl and told him what I wanted and what I would pay. Carl asked if I could stop by after work which I did on 11-12. He treated me as friendly as my first visit. Introduced me to Nick the Sales Manager. We negotiated for all of about 15 minutes and Nick said "Lets do it". Nick and Carl had some excellent suggestions that I had not considered. I cut a deposit check. Car was on the lot, they had to get some options shipped in and Carl called me on 11-15 to say it was ready to go. I came in on 11-16 and it was as I requested with no additional fees, surprises, adders or issues. I stopped by Nick's office and thanked him. He was as friendly and pleasant as the first meeting. He thanked me for my business and told me to stop by any time if I had any issues, questions or just wanted to stop by. Carl went through all the paperwork and then ran me through operating the vehicle systems, put on my temporary tag and also thanked me for my business and said to stop back any time. Trust me, with Carl and Nick and James, the Service Manager, I will and am VERY pleased so far with the entire transaction! More
