Last Sat. we purchased a new Navigator from Northtown. Having purchased many vehicles in my lifetime it is extremely easy for me to rate this as the most pleasant auto buying experience ever. I worked mainly with Scott on the trade difference as Todd, who I had spoke with on the phone was assisting another customer. Scott was all business, no nonsense, and started with his best number, which I really appreciated and felt it was very fair. The trip to the finance office, which has been extremely painful and lengthy at other dealerships was just the opposite with Shane. Todd assisted in transfering tags etc. and was very helpful as well. I trade fairly often and don't plan on ever trading anywhere but Northtown. More

This was the fourth dealership I went to, looking for a good upgrade from my first car. We came here on a whim after visiting Van across the street, and boy am I glad we did! Colton immediately pointed us in the direction of a car that was both the style we were looking for and in our price range. He was very honest and helpful as we considered this car, and negotiated with us to find a price we could both live with. He did everything in his power to help us buy this car. After dealing with salesmen who did nothing but lie to us and try to cheat us out of our money, it was refreshing! I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends, and if I decide to buy another used car, this will be the first place I go. More

Started talking with Mac over twitter about trading in my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport for a Turbo or Abarth.
