Smooth and easy car buying experience We knew we wanted a Mazda CX-5 before we ever visited Northtowns Mazda and after Ryan Lopez let us test drive the one we wanted, we were sold on it! We knew we wanted a Mazda CX-5 before we ever visited Northtowns Mazda and after Ryan Lopez let us test drive the one we wanted, we were sold on it! Ryan was not pushy or high pressure in his sales tactics, just helpful in answering our questions. We waited a couple of weeks, however, and when we decided to make an offer on the one we wanted, Ryan took our offer to his manager and came back within a short time with an acceptance of our offer! The Customer Service representative drew up our paperwork quickly and was very patient, even though it was near closing time on a Saturday night. I LOVE my CX-5!! It is so much fun to drive--the accelleration rate is awesome and it handles well in rain and snow, which is why I wanted an AWD vehicle. It has more features than I ever imagined. I especially love the back-up camera, the blind spot monitors, and the HD radio. I couldn't be happier with another vehicle! More
