We went to Northtowne Mazda, just started looking & was greeted professionally by Warren.. I have had two other Mazda 6’s, & handed them down to my daughter. This vacation & stopping at Northtowne wasn’t intended for buying a new car; we knew NOTHING about the dealership. But ended up that way.. I always know what I wanted; & I had been working with a local Mazda dealership in my hometown, but they were not willing to help a loyal Mazda customer get what I wanted. We worked with Warren Hutsler & he treated me like gold; in fact my husband & daughter. His professionalism is beyond words. Warren seen me through the process; making sure I was satisfied... When approaching us, he greeted me with a friendly smile, making me comfortable & put me first! When we got back home I had a few questions, & Warren was able to answer them with the same professionalism & attitude over the phone. With that & much more I could say, I sincerely appreciate your outstanding customer service & salesman ship Warren. The diligence & dedication demonstrated to us, the customer was high quality. Now it's time to add on a few things I are on my wish list (Touch up Paint, Door Sill Trim Plates, All-Weather Floor Mats, Splash Guards, Window Tinting, & Fog Lamps).. Also we can’t forget about Tom & Tim. Thank you all so much.. I know my daughter will be in to have her 2011 Mazda 6 serviced now that she seen the positive customer service & treatment to loyal customers is.. More
Outstanding Auto Buying Experience My wife and I met Tom Hinken and Ryan Lopez @ the 2014 Kansas City Auto show. My 2011 Mazda 6 was coming off lease and I was not happy with my present My wife and I met Tom Hinken and Ryan Lopez @ the 2014 Kansas City Auto show. My 2011 Mazda 6 was coming off lease and I was not happy with my present Mazda dealer handling of some issues with my car. Tom and Ryan said lets get together and see if we can take care of those issues. I met with Tom and Ryan discussed the issues with my car and those issues were resolved. I then leased a new 2015 Madza6 from Northtown Madza. This could not have been handled in a more professional manner. I would recommend this dealer and these two gentlemen to anyone. More

I did a lot of research on cars before shopping for a new car and Northtowne Mazda has the most competitive prices on both new cars, as well as financing rates. They also have plenty of cars on the lot to ch car and Northtowne Mazda has the most competitive prices on both new cars, as well as financing rates. They also have plenty of cars on the lot to choose from. The sales team is not pushy. I worked with Steve Pheffer and I can not say enough good things about him. He was an honest, relaxed, and fun person to do business with. In fact I can't wait to go back just to visit! Who would ever say that about a Car Salesman?! I would definitely recommend Steve as well as this dealership 100 times over. Great business. More

I was very pleased with Tom Hinken professionalism, and his corresponds with e-mail. Tom and I corresponded by e-mail, and I told him I was going to the auto show to look at Mazda3's. Tom sent me the pric his corresponds with e-mail. Tom and I corresponded by e-mail, and I told him I was going to the auto show to look at Mazda3's. Tom sent me the price and pre qualified me for a loan by e-mail. Other Mazda dealers all wanted me to come in to their dealership just to qualify me. I really respect the no nonsense approach Tom had at Northtown Mazda. Two days after the auto show I purchased the car from Tom. The other Mazda dealer asked me what he could do to earn my business. I told him it would be pricing, that was the first thing I am interested in. When I told them the discount that North town quoted, he told me I should purchase the car from Northtown Mazda. So much for his claim he would be able to get me a best price for the car. Financing went very smooth, and explaining all the different feature's of the car went well. More
