Jason was very knowledgeable about the car and the company and made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. It was also really great to know that they priced their used cars at below KBB pricing. This takes away the hassle of haggling on pricing. You already know you are getting a deal on a great car. We originally went in to get our oil changed and tires rotated. We ended up talking with Jason Chandler who was able to put us into a 2012 Mazda 3 with lower payments then we were making on our current 2 rotated. Jason was very friendly and accomodating. He did an awesome job for making this happen for us. We actually met Jason Chandler at the K.C. Auto Show and he was very informative. When I started contacting dealerships to get pricing on the CX-5, Jason was one of the first salespeople to get back to me. he was very informative. When I started contacting dealerships to get pricing on the CX-5, Jason was one of the first salespeople to get back to me. He contacted me by phone and after talking with him for a couple minutes, I said, "Hey, your voice sounds really familiar, were you working at the Auto Show?" Jason was very upfront and honest with us about the pricing on the CX-5, and there were no unexpected surprises. The other dealerships only had a couple CX-5's on the lot, but Northtowne had 6. The test drive was very casual and there was never any negative pressure from Jason. He respected our privacy when we wanted to discuss our purchasing decision and our down payment. I've been to dealerships in the past where salespeople didn't know much about the vehicle they were trying to sell, but Jason knew the CX-5 inside and out. Throughout the process he made sure that he clearly answered ALL of our questions (we tend to ask a lot of questions). Northtowne gave me a very reasonable offer on my trade-in, also. All in all, great job! More

This was truly the least painful car buying experience I have ever had. I called ahead and stated what type of vehicle I was interested in and they got me preapproved that same afternoon.
