I needed a new car ASAP - my minivan was about to die, with over 200,00 miles on it. Greg listened to what my daughter and I wanted in a car, recommended the Camry, and we are so glad he did! Mark let us view every Camry on both lots. We had said the one color we didn't want was green, but he suggested the Sage green Camry and that's what we bought - what a gorgeous car! It handles so well. We've put over 500 miles on the car in less than one week. We can finally feel confident that we're diving a safe, fuel efficient vehicle! We were working with another Toyota dealership in the area (New Country Saratoga) and were not getting the service or attention we thought we deserved. I called and spoke with Rebecca at Northway and set area (New Country Saratoga) and were not getting the service or attention we thought we deserved. I called and spoke with Rebecca at Northway and set up a time to come in and look at a specific vehicle. WHen we arrived we were greeted promptly and we were set up with Anthony within minutes. He was wonderful and very honest and made you feel comfortable from the start, not like other car salesmen we had dealt with in the past. He took all of our information and got the keys to the vehicle we were interested in and took my husband out for a drive right away. As they were out I walked the lot with our infant daughter and found another HIghlander I thought we should look at. When they got back I told Anthony and he was open to us looking at the other one and helped us compare the two. We ended up deciding to test drive the new Highlander we had found and decided it was the one for us. We went inside and started the paperwork and we talked about turning in our lease (Corolla), he gave us all the information we needed and went to speak "numbers" with his manager. He returned very quickly and things were just where we wanted the, we decided to purchase the vehicle. This Manager ( I feel terrible I don't remember his name) came out and spoke with us and was just as pleasant as Anthony, he informed us that he would be buying our car off lease and that we could just come in and drop t off when we picked up the HIghlander. We left knowing that we had made the right choice and that Anthony was going to get all the paperwork (bank, insurance, DMV) done accurately and take all that work out of our hands. I would and already have told many people to go to Northway and ask for Anthony Liguori when then need a new vehicle. We are a toyota family and will be switching dealerships, Northway Toyota was wonderful! Oh and we love our car!! More

When I stopped by for a 5k service I wasnt expecting to see my new truck in the front row on the lot. I was not really looking for a new truck. I had just purchased my old Tundra from Northway last Octo see my new truck in the front row on the lot. I was not really looking for a new truck. I had just purchased my old Tundra from Northway last October. I came back for a very important reason. Service. Each time I walk into this dealership I feel like I am important to you. Bill has always made me feel welcome from the start. Your service department is phenominal. I used to take my old Chevy truck to a dealer and have to get a rental for major issues. Enterprise would charge me a typical day rental fee. Repairs like those got expensive anyway. When I show up at Northway I got a rental right on the spot and if it was a routine issue I got the rental far less than any rental from a rental chain. Where else can you do that? Bill got the estimate guy to look at my truck while it was on the rack for service. We worked together with me putting more down and you giving me more for my trade, lowering the interest rate, giving me a slightly longer loan term, and then when we decided to proceed I got to the finance guy. I had wanted my extended warranty to be included in the price. Well one quick change and we were able to get that taken care of. We were able to finish by throwing in the 125k 5 year extended for the same price as the remainder of my old 4 year that was transferred over. I asked for my tube steps, tonneau cover, and bed rack to be moved over to the new truck. You kept both Tundras for two days, gave me a rental Tacoma while the swap was occuring and had everything finished when I showed up. I could not find anything to complain about with this experience and I look forward to dealing with everyone in service for years to come. They always pull through even when I have a difficult issue to resolve for them. Thanks More
