“I recently purchased a car for my daughter at this Toyota dealership, and the entire experience was excellent thanks to our salesman Aaron and the team. It ended up taking all day to finalize everything, but the process was surprisingly smooth and stress-free with no high-pressure tactics. Aaron was outstanding—he truly went above and beyond to make things easy for us. When we got hungry during the long day, he encouraged us to go have a nice lunch and even let us use a dealer car to drive there. Later, we hit a snag because the notary wasn’t available on a Saturday, but Aaron didn’t hesitate. He made 37 phone calls to track down the only available notary around (at 4:30 in the evening!) and personally drove us there to get it done. That level of dedication and problem-solving is rare and made a huge difference. Ciara in finance was also fantastic—super friendly, clear, and made the financial side of things feel straightforward and enjoyable. Everyone we interacted with was professional and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking for a Toyota and want a salesman who actually cares and works hard for you, ask for Aaron—you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend this dealership!”

I went there to see what it would take for me to replace my Tundra which I purchased there 10 years ago. They brought out the truck I purchased but I really had my doubts... the truck was way nicer than anything I expected. I talked to Brian and gave him some information and he said he'd be right back. Mind you, I only went to get information about what I would need to purchase a vehicle better than what I had. Approximately 45 minutes later I left the parking lot in a beautiful Toyota Tacoma. Dan Miller did an excellent job. He worked hard to find us a vehicle that fit our requests and spent a great deal of time explaining all of the features in the car. He was always ready to do whatever was necessary to make us satisfied. This was our second time working with him and we will definitely be back again.

The worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Agreed on an “out the door” price on a 2020 Toyota Tundra over the phone. Got a certified bank check and proof of insurance for the vehicle. I confirmed with the salesman that I would be able to take delivery of the vehicle the same day as I live 3 hours away. He acknowledged I would be leaving with the vehicle the same day. I then asked if the vehicle can be cleaned before I get there so I can properly inspect it, he once again acknowledged and agreed. After arriving at the dealership, the vehicle was absolutely filthy, in no condition to be sold to a consumer. This is a 45,000 dollar certified pre-owned Toyota gold warranty vehicle. We then had to take the vehicle through a car wash while on the test drive. After getting back to the dealership, I still agreed to purchase the vehicle. I am now told I can not leave with the vehicle that day and would have to take another 6 hour round trip to the dealership to take delivery…. or, complete the transaction that day, and have one of the dealer’s transporters drive the vehicle 190 miles to my house, ON MY INSURANCE with no estimated date or time of delivery! Absolute insanity. Haddad Toyota’s motto is “Convenient. Committed. Compassionate.” Sure… I wouldn’t do business with them if they took 10k off the sticker price. Absolutely dishonest, shady dealer. BUYERS BEWARE!
