This is the second car we've purchased from Northway so obviously we like them. Friendly service both in sales and maintenance. I was trading in my 2010 FJ Cruiser and was working with one sales rep. We had some discrepancy issues and they were about to lose the deal to another dealer. Tom Pottenburgh(Sales) and Joe Daniels(Parts one sales rep. We had some discrepancy issues and they were about to lose the deal to another dealer. Tom Pottenburgh(Sales) and Joe Daniels(Parts Mgr.) stepped in, took control and made it work. Tom actually drove a 200mi round trip to personally get the vehicle and deliver it. Joe made the vehicle options that were purchased but not on the vehicle available and installed. This is a brief description of a multi-day job that does not do justice to the outstanding service provided by all departments at Northway Toyota. I buy a lot of heavy on and off road equipment and these guys rate up there at the top! Thanks for everything fellas! More

We were greeted by Janine as we arrived and she proceeded to make us a deal on a used car that we felt was very attractive. Many years ago, we had a bad experience at this dealership but this interaction mor to make us a deal on a used car that we felt was very attractive.
