Bill was a great salesman. I am a very difficult customer and he worked hard with me to get my business. I could have received a little more for my trade but with the hard economy there is no telli customer and he worked hard with me to get my business. I called about having damage to my vehicle repaired (a sideview mirror). The body shop manager asked if I could bring the vehicle in so it could be assessed. Purchasing a new Camry was made easy by receiving a decent price that was acceptable to us. I dislike having to haggle for a price and did not have to do that for this purchase. My husband and I went to Northway Toyota because it was one of the few Toyota/Scion dealerships open on a Sunday. I knew exactly what I needed - a new Scion tC since i had a 2006 tC already. The overall experience went well. I always think I might have gotten a better deal if I was a little aggressive.
