I brought my 2002 Toyota Rav4 in because of a noise coming from the engine. It turned out that it needed a fan belt and tensioner. They charged me $95 to diagnose the problem. That's almost a hundre coming from the engine. It turned out that it needed a fan belt and tensioner. They charged me $95 to diagnose the problem. That's almost a hundred dollars to tell me I need a new fan belt! Then they charged me $120 for the belt for my 02 Rav4. Google it and you will see that its a $35 part. They also charged me over $200 for the tensioner. That turned out to be a $90 part online. Just to replace the fan belt and tensioner it cost me over $500. I've been reading other online complaints for the cost of this repair and the highest dollar amount I found was $320. They felt that they were overcharged at $320! The lowest cost I found for this repair was $150. These guys charged me that for the $35 belt. This place over charges by so much that using the world wide web I couldn't find a single repair shop anywhere that overcharged anyone by a larger amount. More

Mark Evers was great. We had our children with us and we called in advance, which he got everything together before we got there. Not only did he do this once we bought the car, but he also had vehicles wa called in advance, which he got everything together before we got there. Janine is very knowledgeable as well as personable - explained all the points for certified car, demonstrated features when we picked up car, had new mats sent to our home (none in car.) Had car gone over again due to "odor" noticed with test drive and assured us would have it done again if we notice the smell again. We were able to pick up the car in a timely manner which was very important since we needed to start traveling in a few days for medical treatments. She has called several times to make sure car performing well and has gotten the touch up paint we asked for. I was in for service several times with my 99 camry. Kim was very accommodating each time I brought her my vehicle. Marc was efficient at locating the vehicles requested and did not hesitate to apologize if he thought we were waiting too long for th high pressure. At one point during the negotiations of a trade in, Rudy came out to discuss the reasons why he was unable to offer anything further. I found this to be a respectful move and was much appreciated. Also, it was helpful that Marc had a print-out available of all the cars on the lot, so we did not have to spend time wandering the lot back and forth. More
