Total lack of any professionalism NW auto loan is a perfect example of the stereotypical devious used car dealer. There is zero follow up for any promises made For repairs agreed upon at the time of purchase. You will have to chase them to get anything agreed upon. The mechanic for NW auto loan is equally unprofessional repeated texts asking for a good review to his boss yet the quality of work done is garbage, and more texts asking why I told his boss he didn't do the job right, I had a window fixed and the entire door panel fell off hanging from the wires the day after the work had been done, you are better off doing it yourself. Never once got a call from the owner to see if the work was done correct. Zero follow up when the owner was informed that the work done was not done correct or even completed. over all the worst car buying experience of my life. There are plenty of used car dealers out there do your self a favor and pass this one bye. More
