I am happy with the outcome. I feel like Jake went out of his way to pass along information when it became available and ready my truck once it arrived on the lot. The overall experience could have been much his way to pass along information when it became available and ready my truck once it arrived on the lot. The overall experience could have been much better if Chevrolet could provide accurate delivery information to the dealership and customer. If i could change this process it would be to keep my trade in until the new truck arrived. it created a huge hardship borrowing from friends and even renting a car for 3 days. I feel like I got pressured into turning in my trade and finalizing the paperwork in order to ensure the truck wasn't sold to someone else. Chevrolet needs to do a better job of prioritizing and updating delivery. There is no reason why it should take 2-3 weeks to deliver a truck. even with unexpected delays there is no excuse in this day and age to not have any predictable idea when customers can expect delivery. More
