Extremely satisfied! Darby and the whole team were absolutely amazing. Even had a quite clean kids space with WiFi for my 8 year old to do some online class work for the time of the service. 5 years ago he helped me sell my leased car while i was going through a divorce. Never forgot how helpful and sincere he was with helping me. Couple years ago, i was in the service area and he remebered me going through a divorce. Never forgot how helpful and sincere he was with helping me. Couple years ago, i was in the service area and he remebered me and asked how i was doing. I will never forget how he helped me. Took so much stress off my shoulders while going through a nasty divorce. I returned to the dealership and bought my favorite car, chevy equinox. I absolutely love it! I could have gone to any dealership, but i would rather go to one where the owner is a real true gentleman who treats evryone with the upmost respect. I wish i could thank you again in person, but just know i truley appreciate and value you as a person. Thank you again for helping me when i felt hopeless! Now, i love my new car! More

when I purchased my new vehicle I pruchased a when I purchased my new vehicle I pruchased a maintenance plan that included oil changes and tire rotations, When I went in to have my service done when I purchased my new vehicle I pruchased a maintenance plan that included oil changes and tire rotations, When I went in to have my service done they wanted to charge me for the oil change and they neglegted to rotate my tires. They told me my tires didn't need rotated. I purchased the vehicle from this dealership and they should take better care of their customers. As soon as my my last oil change is up I am going to take by buisness elewhere. More

VERY VERY POOR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE MANAGER!! LIE AFTER LIE OUT OF HIS MOUTH!! SUPPOSED TO PROBLEM SOLVE AND SATISFY THERE CUSTOMERS, AND ARGUMENTATIVE! THEFTS ,DOES NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH HIS WORD ,NOT FOR LIE OUT OF HIS MOUTH!! SUPPOSED TO PROBLEM SOLVE AND SATISFY THERE CUSTOMERS, AND ARGUMENTATIVE! THEFTS ,DOES NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH HIS WORD ,NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER ONLY HIS EMPLOYEES! NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH OUT DEALERSHIPS OR MECHANIC SHOPS. HERE WAS PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM! LIE AFTER LIE! EXAGGERATE ABOUT WORK PERFORMED, AND HAVE TO PAPER TRAIL CONFIRM WAS JAS BEEN CLAMED TO HAVE BEEN DONE! HAD OUR VEHICLE IMPOUNDED, WITH LESS THEN A $300 BILL, WHEN WE COMMUNICATED WITH THEM MY WIFE HAD COVID UNFORTUNATELY AND THEY CONTACTED OUR SECONDARY PHONE WHICH THEY NEW VERY CLEARLY OUR HOSUE PHONE IS TO BE CALLED AND HAD BEEN THE PHONE THAT RECEIVED ALL OTHET CALLES. THEY HAD OUR VEHICLE RIPPED ALL APART, AND ITEMS MISSING THEY CLAIM WAS BROKE INTO IN PARKING LOT AND I HAD SAID I WILL BE BRINGING POLICE TO LOOK AT SURVEILLANCE, AND HE CLAIMED HE COULD AND HAS BEEN A FEW WEEKS AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROK HIM. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO THIS SITUATION THAT BARLEY COVERS MUCH. DO NOT DO NOT HAVE ANY VEHICLE WORKED ON HERE ! I HAVE HEARD A FEW OTHER SITUATIONS THAT HAPPED THERE PRIOR TO MY SITUATION! SO BE CAREFUL LET OTHERS NOW! THANKS More
