Made an appt for a recall, the rep was very sarcastic stating I had a long wait time for a simple computer software update. I waited for an hour and a half for something that could have been triaged and stating I had a long wait time for a simple computer software update. Disappointed that every time we bring the vehicles we purchased from your company in for their regular maintenance, there's always something wrong with the vehicle. This last time was unacceptable. We we purchased from your company in for their regular maintenance, there's always something wrong with the vehicle. This last time was unacceptable. We were given our vehicle back saying everything was fine when it was infact not fine. We started the vehicle and it did not sound right, when my wife mentioned something last time she was told to drive around, it will go away, so this time she took our vehicle and frove not even 8 miles and brought it back. Almost a $400 price tag, when your inspectors/mechanics has just done its yearly maintenance not 30 minutes before. Like I said, we have had issues before. Xavier told us last time to ask for him or leave our number and he would call us. Nothing from him. We were looking to purchase another vehicle, our children are driving age, I believe we will look elsewhere. More
