I had a pleasant experience. I have not purchased a vehicle in 11 years and the only comment I have is that we were there for 4 hours. Given that the dealership had only reopened a couple weeks prior d vehicle in 11 years and the only comment I have is that we were there for 4 hours. Given that the dealership had only reopened a couple weeks prior due to COVID-19, there was limited staff, so the time frame was for the most part justified. I am pleased with my purchase and I did not feel any pressure to wheel and deal. The car that I purchased, a 2019 Chevy Equinox is what i came in for and what I left with. This car was fairly priced as I did my research prior to going in. It was just a matter of paperwork. More

Talking with Johnny and dealing with Johnny was great. When we arrived, he had a truck out for us that we originally called about. However I gave the overall rating 3 stars instead of 5 because the truck When we arrived, he had a truck out for us that we originally called about. However I gave the overall rating 3 stars instead of 5 because the truck they had in the ad was different than the actual truck that was for sale at the sale price. I felt a little misled at that point. There was a small disclaimer on the picture that said the actual truck may vary from the pictured truck. Anyway, not a big deal. Johnny had to hand us over to Dave from the time we arrived because he had 2 earlier customers that he was still dealing with. Again that was no problem. Dave was nice and he was attentive, however when we picked out the vehicle we wanted, it was like pulling teeth to get real numbers. I had a pre-approval from my bank with the rate and terms already confirmed and when Dave presented me the first run at the numbers he did not have my rate and term correct on the paperwork. He said that was just a minor detail, but that our payments would not be much different then what he was showing. After shopping all day, I was not in the mood for number games and let him know that. Anyway, after it was all said and done we did get the vehicle and so far the vehicle is great. Dave did go back and correct the numbers to match our pre-approval letter. And it did effect the bottom line. It would be a lot easier if the buyer could get closer to actual numbers right from the start instead of going back and forth for hours. That part I did not appreciate. After dealing with several dealerships, I will say that they did have the most selection and they were very attentive to our needs. More
