Warranty Claim on Windshield wipers for 2012 Equinox I rec'd notice from GM of a potential problem with the wiper mechanism on my car. I had the stated problems a few months ago. Had service done at Blade Chevy in Mt Vernon as that's where the problem happened. Wasn't sure whether I'd have to run down to Blade to start the claim so I stopped in Bellingham Chevy to find out. To my surprise I didn't have to. The folks at Bellingham Chevy were right there to help with my claim. Only one thing left.....to see if I get my refund for the expenditure within the two weeks that the dealership said I would get it. :-) More

I bought a 2020 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2. The truck had some unforeseen mechanical issues. NW Chevrolet worked diligently to get those issues fixed and fixed right. Staff lack information No one knew much about the questions i ask about like my rewards for one, they said it would take a few days, i have owned Cadillac’s all my life and No one knew much about the questions i ask about like my rewards for one, they said it would take a few days, i have owned Cadillac’s all my life and never had such poor service. They were not very knowledgeable about things, they also told me it would take 1/2 hour to complete job and after an hour i went to ask and no one knew, they never came and told me when it was done, i just got up and saw it sitting there. Plus they never pre warned me that i wont be able to open my windows for 3 days, could nit believe they neglected to share that prior in install. Never ask if i wanted to use my Rewards either so i assumed they used it but did not...etc etc More
