Complete waste of time I asked them to look at 2 minor issues. After taking all day to do so, and after multiple follow ups by myself, they finally said it was done. When I arrived, the vehicle was apparently getting washed, in the middle of a downpour- and I was asked to wait in the waiting room. After a full hour of no one letting me know anything was done, I finally had to go track someone down, only to find out the vehicle had been parked for some time and no one bothered to inform anyone else. Furthermore, the items I asked them to look at were not addressed in any fashion. I will never take a vehicle back to this service center! More

Great service during a very stressful situation Long story short... had just arrived in Bellingham, turned a corner and my truck just completely died. She took control of the situation, kept me up to date on the status of the repairs, got me a rental car for 2 days @ no charge and just took care of me so I could focus on getting my daughter settled at college.
