Stopped in to see what Chevrolet had just to be sure and found the experience and product to be superior in every way. I would say 5 star but for a little bit of a harder sell on some add on's that I did not want, but hey, that's the nature of sales I guess. Other than that they got it done with a minimum of fuss and a fair price. A couple of weeks later I thought there was a mechanical issue that turned out to be my error. They showed me how to take care of it with a smile and I was on my way. GREAT service, would buy from them again! More

Dominick Pace and Sansom Lo, both were amazing and welcoming. Dominick made sure to answer any questions that I had and saw the whole deal through from beginning to end. I also worked with Sansom Lo who helped me with the buying process and also saw me through the deal. He was great at giving me all of my purchasing options and walking me through the steps. I chose NW Chevy because I had previously bought a car and worked with Stephanie Akers. She is wonderful and super helpful too. All three are amazing and easy to work with. Geoff in finance was great, he made things quick and was very helpful. The dealership is clean and tidy with friendly staff. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will return in the future. More

Recalls and front license plate install Over all great service department. Since I just moved here from Florida I need the front plate bracket installed and some recalls completed. Desi and Jen were very helpful and offered to give me a ride while i waited for the work to be complete. the jobs took just under 5 hours and that was expected from when I spoke to your people on the phone setting up the appointment. The only thing that did not get completed was the tire pressures. they are sitting at 32 psi and I did not check until I was half way home. since I live over an hour away I did not want to turn around. Over all I will be back because of your outstanding customer service. More
