The used truck we purchased should have been fully ready to go (as it was predetermined we would be picking it up and it was set aside) however; there were multiple delays do to the service department not n to go (as it was predetermined we would be picking it up and it was set aside) however; there were multiple delays do to the service department not noticing the tires were flat, weren’t balanced correctly and had a old pressure sensor left in. Sales were affable but not very time efficient, (maybe we should’ve pushed for paperwork to be ready after waiting over 4 hours for the service department to mess with the tires and rebalancing). The next morning after purchase the tires were flat but we decided not to return to the dealership figuring it would be a waste of our time when we needed to continue our drive back to the other side of the state. Not our worst dealership experience but definitely not our best. More

First off the salesman was johnny and the guy I signed papers with was Eric. I had been searching for a specific truck for months and Johnny answered all my questions wasn't pushy and was very professiona papers with was Eric.
