Salesman was good and helpful, but dealership? Sansom helped us trade in our car on a new one. The dealership financial guy up sold me to a breakdown policy that was suppose to cover everything bum Sansom helped us trade in our car on a new one. Then when I went to have it service the service department found a small screw in my tire. The said they could not fix it because it was too close to the sidewall and I would have to buy a 200 dollar tire. So much for the bumper to bumper. I took the car to Les Schwab tire for a second opinion. They took the tire off and fixed it for free. They said the screw was way out of the way of rendering the tire unrepairable. More
